Coughlin Hyundai at 2300 Hebron Road, Heath, Ohio.

I have used the service department a few times primarily for oil changes that they seem to do very well on. When I have had issues with my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid they have not been nearly so good. They say a 12 mile swing on the cruise control on hills is within specs (the 2006 Elantra we traded in was wonderful on the same hills). Most recently I went in for an oil change and an electrical issue where I am blowing a specific fuse. The appointment was set two weeks before hand, I was informed when I arrived his may not be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty but such is life. After a while I was informed the oil change was done but they couldn't check the fuse because they had to order a part for their tester! Apparently the Hybrids use a different type of fuse with a longer blade and I must have been the first person to ever have an issue. I now have to return when they get the part in. It's 45 minutes each way that I really don't care to travel. Not real happy with Coughlin.
Update:. 2-20-18 Gave up on Coughlin and took the Sonata to Ricart Hyundai. They have the car now. They were talking more than a couple hours so they have me a loaner car from Enterprise. Called today and said they had to order a wiring harness and it will take a few days so enjoy the loaner. Guess where I'll go back to when it comes car buying time again!?
